We've had a great weekend at the annual National Specialty of the Retriever Club and the international dog shows in Talavera, which were held jointly this year. At the all-breed show, Chester won back-to-back Best of Group , bringing his group wins to #22 and #23 . At International Dog Show Loja, Ranking of the Spanish kennel club, was a success! Chester won Best of Breed y Best of Group , Lius was Best Junior , Best in Group Junior y Reserve Best in Show Junior . Ella won intermediate class and was Reserve Best Female . In over 600 entries Chester won the reserve CC, from the open class of 57 dogs. Absolutely thrilled and incredibly proud of how Chester presented himself on the biggest stage in the world. A sincere thank you to judge Sue Towers for thinking so highly of him.

Last weekend we travelled to Valladolid, where Chester won Mejor de Raza and his twentieth Best in Group . Ella was Best of Breed Junior and Best in Group Junior . On Sunday Chester was Best of Breed again, and Third Best in Group , while Lius went Best of Breed Junior and Reserve Best of Breed Junior . "Ella" Best of Breed and "Frenkie" Best Junior On Sunday we went to the international dog show in Jerez. It was Ella her first international dog show. She did not only win the breed from intermediate class in a great quality of entry, but went to win on the group of Retrievers, Water dogs and Spaniels. She is only 15 months old, and shining bright!
