We participated in the PAN (Natural Aptitude Test) jointly organised by the Spanish Retriever Club and Canina Costa del Sol, and we’re happy to announce that Frenkie, Ella and Daphne successfully passed the test with merit!
The PAN is an official assessment designed to evaluate a retriever’s natural working abilities. Throughout the day, key aspects were assessed, such as retrieving instinct, search ability, reaction to shot, sociability, stability and basic obedience. These tests promote responsible breeding focused not only on appearance and show results, but also on functionality and mental balance.
In Spain, passing the PAN is an obligatory requirement to confirm the title of Spanish Champion. Even if a dog has earned the necessary show points, without this test the championship cannot be homologated.
We are proud of the work and attitude of our dogs. Our thanks to the judge and the organising team for their work throughout the event. We continue preparing for future working trials, aiming to develop complete and balanced dogs.
